Good value for the price and convenient location about 20 minutes from the beach with many restaurants nearby. Bedding was clean, but the floor was quite sandy when we arrived. The building is not very soundproof and you can hear neighbors walking upstairs, although it did not bother us much. The main bedroom A C was not working, which made the room quite hot at night, and parts of the wood floor show water damage and are chipping. Overall a decent stay for the price, but some repairs and fixing the A C would improve the experience.

If you are just looking for a place to crash out this is a great option. Pretty basic set up, definitely nothing special but a great location. Shower leaks water everywhere and the cleaning crew made sure we know we had to be out by 10am by banging on the door around 9am like the building was on fire or something. As I stated, if you just need place to crash it’s fine but I wouldn’t go back as there are much better options nearby

Check in process was very easy, listing was just as described, only one room key, messaged host via expedia app and thru phone calls no response. Cleaning staff does bang on the door around 8 am; so if you have ptsd this is a red flag. Room was clean and everything in the rooms worked. we were very excited and left key in the room, waited 6 hours in the car to wait for a response with no other possible way to get in we had to pay $150 for a locksmith. i have messaged them since then and no response. I am still waiting on my reimbursement for my deposit a week later.

Perfect for the price. One of the AC's was a little weak, and the door was wide open when we arrived. Otherwise perfect. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. It was incredible to have the toilet and shower separate in a larger group (7). Only complaint was that they only gave us one roll of toilet paper! Location was great, couldn't hear any other guests.

No wifi at all, it’s included in their amenities, we asked for it during our 4 days stays and the only response we got was related with the internet company( 4 days) Dirty, since we arrived we found dirt and hair in the floor, the owen was full of fat. Very minimal tableware, not enough sheets, when asked they bring some next day, same with defective toaster. A star is deserved because of the nice neighborhood.

The room smelt musky and then the ac unit was leaking everywhere. There was also another leak above the sink. You can tell it’s been leaking a while so most likely mold growing. I called and left messages (both on Expedia and the number given and other site) I never received a response. Also there is NO overnight street parking we could find. There is a parking garage you can park in for I think $24 per day but it’s like a 8 min walk so pull up and drop your luggage off then go park. I also tried to contact them to see if they had any recommendations for parking when we couldn’t find any after an overnight flight but no response on anything. So before we found the garage we parked set an alarm then had to go find it. We had friends fly in the morning of our check out to meet us to go get on our cruise ship and they said it smelt nasty too. (They were only in the room for an hour while we packed up).
