Pros: Location to beach, very comfortable bed, cleanliness, excellent a/c, very quiet and I felt safe. Cons: Living room TV remote only changes very limited channels. No volume control or ability to turn off, which is possibly why it was on when I first arrived. TV in bedroom doesn't work at all. There is one pot and no pans in the kitchen. No dish soap or paper towels. You need to buy your own coffee and filters. There is shampoo and conditioner, but no body or face soap in the bathroom. The place is a bit rundown inside. Could use some love. But it is a good size 1 bedroom apt. Good for base camp.

The room was comfortable, have a kitchen, a room, a good bathroom. Suites are close to the beach, food establishments that are open 24/7. Parking is difficult, because doesn't have their own parking lot. The place is a quiet and peaceful one.

The location is the best part because its two blocks away from the beach. The rooms are spacious and they have pots, pans, and utensils for you to cook in the room. Cons- there was a huge plumbing issue and the bathroom was not that clean.

This is my go to place whenever I visit Miami Beach if it’s not booked up . We only stayed one night, but had a great experience. The room was clean and the location was really convenient. The only downside was that check-in is at a different hotel, which we didn’t realize at first, so we had to get transportation to the actual property. Other than that, everything was smooth and we’d definitely stay here again.
