The room was clean and there were plenty of amenities and extras like sunscreen, beach towels and umbrellas that were provided. The property itself is so charming and authentic and the kitties roaming around the guesthouse common areas are just the cherry on top. I loved my stay here!

This a quaint little apt style hotel. It is close to everything. The staff is very nice and helpful. Adriana made sure our stay was great! The kitties in the lobby were a bonus.

The a/c worked great, kitchen perfect for the 2 of us for 5 nights, we prepared a few meals without feeling like anything was missed. I would 100% recommend this accommodation. For the price I paid, it was excellent value. The room is spacious and clean with a powerful aircon. The location is fantastic, literally metres from Española Way and just a short walk to Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. My flight was cancelled, which meant I had to stay an extra 12 hours in South Beach. The manager was incredibly kind and allowed me to stay in the room until I needed to leave. Not many hotels would do that, so I really must thank the manager for their kindness and flexibility. If I return to South Beach, I will definitely stay here again, as it truly felt like a home away from home.

Location was perfect. The property and area felt very safe. Comfortable beds. Cats to pet in common area:) parking is a nightmare but pro tip: head to the parking ramp on the northeast corner of 16th and Drexel and ask for a deal for long term parking(we stayed for 4 nights). It saved me hundreds of dollars.

Room was large and had a full kitchenette. Comfortable beds, clean. There is no elevator and you will need to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Location was great. Easy walk to everything. Close to beach. Great little walking area with fantastic restaurants near by. Check in and out convenient. Definitely recommend.
