This hotel is great for families if you want to avoid going to restaurants and instead make your own food because you have a full kitchen. It feels like you got an apartment. What I did not like was that I got charged an additional $222, I got a surprise. I usually pay about $70 for security holds in hotels, they wanted $300. I’m still waiting for $150 from that $300 to fall off of my account. My TV did not work- did not have any local channels and I was not able to connect it to my phone, so I couldn’t watch Netflix. The booking said I would have a balcony- there was no balcony. The booking said I would have a dinette, there was none. I explained this all to the staff and they blamed Expedia for mislabeling. I was not offered any compensation. No one came to fix my tv or give me a table to eat at. If I had many people in the room, we would be eating on the bed literally.

We had difficulty entering the property. We did not receive check-in instructions prior to arrival. Thankfully someone from security was there to help guide us somewhat, but when I called the number posted on the wall for support we were given an incorrect room access code. Between my wife and I we called 5-6 times, and were eventually provided with the correct door entry. Unfortunately, it was nearly 11pm by the time we entered the room and I was alone with our two kids. My wife arrived later. The last person I spoke with said he would credit our stay, but that was the last we heard about it. This was a rough check-in experience, which unfortunately tainted this trip. The location was good, convenient and otherwise affordable. It's a nice room and option, assuming the logistics work. This was deeply frustrating.
