The apartment was beautiful! it’s a luxury vibe with a nice ocean view. The apartment came with toiletries, and kitchen appliances. You should bring your own coffee and laundry detergent, everything else is covered. There is a rooftop pool with an tiki bar and a golf cart shuttle that provides beach chairs. The place was very clean! the host omar was professional he texted me beforehand to discuss meeting times since he had to be there to check me in. We did self parking on the street which was $14 a day but u also had a choice to pay by minutes/ hour. Overall I would 10/10 recommend!!🔥

The condo and location are perfect. Great building with wonderful amenities. However, I would not rent from this property management company again. I was surprised to learn that the manager charged a deposit for the stay, non-refundable or a hefty refundable hold for up to 14 days. I sent multiple messages about trying to get it waived and finally paid it on the day of arrival. WiFi passcode was wrong and no communication with correct info until the next day. I sent check in time and arrived on time with no representative to check us in. There was someone from another company that made calls for us and got us checked in since we had a newborn with us. The unit is not stocked with anything. No coffee, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels or kitchen towels leaving an immediate trip to the store for necessities.

We stayed in a 4-bedroom apartment with a wraparound 360° balcony and stunning ocean views. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent—just one block from the beach, with several stores and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was the check-in process. Since this is a privately owned apartment, we were required to wait for a representative to arrive and show us the property, which we were not informed about in advance. Additionally, the building has three elevators, but only one—and occasionally two—were operating during our stay, which was somewhat inconvenient. Other than that, we absolutely loved the place. It was beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Nice condo overall and the setup was comfortable, but the communication seriously needs improvement. There were several things we needed assistance with after checking in, and I was unable to get in contact with the host on either day. Omar read my messages but did not respond after we checked in. Also, this is not really a fully self-check-in property. When you arrive, Omar asks for your ID and takes a photo of it, then provides it to the front desk/reception staff, who also take a photo and have you sign a waiver. After that, you are directed through an automated process that requires a **$250 damage deposit** in order to receive Wi-Fi and check-in/check-out instructions. In our case, that process did not work properly. The bigger issue was that the lights were not working when we checked in. We texted and called asking for assistance and received no response. I eventually had the idea to go to the electrical panel and reset the power myself. Thankfully that worked, because otherwise we would have been sitting in the condo with no lights and no help from the host. Another thing to note is that when Omar checks you in, he speaks extremely fast and very low, which made it difficult to understand the instructions he was giving us. The condo itself was nice, but the communication was honestly terrible. A property can look great, but guests still need to be able to reach someone when there is an actual issue with the unit.

The place is location is beautiful but the communication between the host and expedia was not that great. It took almost 3 hours for me to get a room. Also you have to pay for parking which is 80 bucks per night and street parking can 25 per night it is a hassle because you cannot sleep in because you have to wake up at 8am to go and pay for parking again. Also, no information was given it wasn't until check out did I find out that there was a pool in the building and there were other amenities that was available for use. I could have really enjoyed my short stay there. I enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. Overall, just poor communication.

Apartments is nice, is a short rental building, and works good, there is parking space nearby and you can park during the night without paying is like 1 block away, then you have to paid starting at 8:00 AM in the morning.
