“The room was clean and well equipped. The location was great as well! I loved the small balcony! Unfortunately we had massive issues with the air conditioning that did not work throughout our stay. The remote was not working and the action air conditioning was switching on and off on its own. We were told it’s broken and the remote doesn’t connect. “Not enough towels were provided, the communication through the app was terrible, but they did answer phone calls. After asking a couple of times for enough towels, we still never received them. Half the AC remotes didn’t work. The place was nice and the view beautiful, but don’t expect anything from the host if you need it. You’re on your own.”
