We went for it because of 10/10 rating. We had to wait for long time to check in and when we had the key we had to find the room ourself without any help. Put our valubles in the safe including our money after we locked the safe we couldnt open it again so contacted the disk to inform them as we need to get our money they said you have to wait till the day after so we couldnt buy nothing or put deposite for the towels to swim. Horrible service never go there again. Phoned hotel com proised to help and regitered the complaint and zero result

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Das Hotel war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Komfort. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück – ein absoluter Traum: reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr angenehm! Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Chambre vieillotte, restauration faite pour se nourrir et pas pour découvrir, insipide. L’hôtel laisse le total accès à tous les vendeurs ou rabatteurs et on est sans cesse alpaguer pour nous vendre des activités, c’est fatiguant, sans est presque du harcèlement.

Tres bon accueil, cadre agreable, personnel attentif. Toute l'equipe est aux petits soins (réceptionistes, dames d'entretien des chambres, serveurs, animateurs, spa).
