“The hotel was very nice. The day staff were excellent. The night lady was pretty crusty. Asked her for a wine opener at the bar which is attached to reception. Was told “My co worker went to a party and didn’t show up and I dont know where it is. The next night we caught her with the opener in her hand and reluctantly let us open our wine bottle. ”

“It is an excellent hotel. I would stay many more times. The best thing, the location, in the same Long Market and close to all the attractions of the old town, allows you to save time because you are already in the historic center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they give you advice, call taxis, they are willing to help you at all times. The hotel conditions are unbeatable, cleanliness and comfort. The rooms are extraordinary and comfortable. I especially recommend the breakfast buffet:...

“I was actually surprised that this turned out so good. I booked on Expedia for the first time and the check in was the easiest hotel check in ever. Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future. The staff was extremely friendly too I was never expecting that.”
