“Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.”

“The room was fine but there was a very bad smell emanating from the drains in the bathroom. The odor was strong and smelled like sewer water. Terrible! When I asked the cleaning crew about it they said many guests have complained about it too.”
