We had a lovely stay. It is truly a beautiful property. Our room was very nice, classy, extremely clean, and the service was excellent and friendly. We appreciated the option for early check-in/late check-out for a little extra$. Excellent communication by staff. The hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood, safe and relatively quiet. Only downside was the hotel is very cold in the morning and evenings, and the continental breakfast is a little underwhelming. But I would recommend this hotel to any foreign traveler.

Location, Location, Location! What a wonderful property full of historical character, and modern amenities. One block from Lincoln park and tons of restaurants and shopping, 9 minute walk to the Archaeological Museum and other museums. The area was clean safe and provided all we needed ( still the park at 11 pm - no problem felt safer here than I do in my neighbor in the US.) The staff bent over backwards to provide us everything we could have needed or wanted. 24 hour front desk and doorman and the quaintness of a small boutique property. We Will be back!

I really loved this hotel! Perfect for walking to the parks, restaurants, and shops. It is beautiful inside and out with some very cool vibes and art. And make sure you go to the bottom floor for the game room and bar. My room was clean and the bottle of wine and not left for me was a nice touch. The staff from front office, doormen and cleaning were all friendly and helpful. I'll stay there again next time I'm in town!

The staff - Wendy, Jonathan and Paola are excellent at meeting customer needs, answering questions and being a friendly face upon arrival. The door security is always there waiting to greet you! Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. My only suggestion is adding a few more electrical outlets in the rooms... Love this place.

Staff were amazing. Room was great - a bit small. Hotel is very noisy. We could hear the beeping of all the other guests electronic door locks. We could hear every word and cough of other people on the hotel.
