Room was always clean and well taken care of by staff! Front desk staff was always kind and helpful, even when we arrived at 12:30am. Fantastic location and a very convenient 7/11 across the street!!
Basic hotel, but clean and functional. Great location - close to restaurants and shops in Roma Norte, and only a 5 minute walk to the Cuauhtémoc Métro station on the #1 Line (most properties in Roma Norte are much further away). The hotel has a nice dining area, and simple items are offered for breakfast. Good value!
The room was relatively clean but the carpet was dirty and needed shampooing. The beds were made nicely and very clean. No windows was a bummer, no patio, and really no other place to chill except for the lobby, which was nice. Speaking of the lobby, the really nice thing was access to the kitchen area where we could do some light cooking. No fridge in the rooms but we also had access to the community fridge. The location was probably the best part of the stay. Everything was close to us. Walking or short Uber rides. I would stay again if it were a short stay.
The hotel room was nicer than I expected. The bathrooms are clean and updated. Our room didn’t have an external lock so we had to place the chair perfectly under the door handle so it couldn’t be opened from the outside. The beds are hard as rocks and uncomfy.

Almost everything about this place is actually great. Wonderful value for the money. What you see on the pics is what you get. Staff is super friendly. It’s clean and well located. There were two things that were bothering. To begin with the room gets very very cold at night, there is no heating and no a/c. The shower is hot however and has good pressure. The second thing is that you can easily hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me too much. Lots of noise from the street but with earplugs that wasn’t an issue.
Our hotel stay was mostly good, with small improvement ideas that could make a big difference in the rooms! The staff is friendly, the lobby is lovely, and the location is wonderful for exploring Roma Norte. We stayed in a Deluxe room, because of the giant tiled bathtub, which was magnificent! I wish the room had maybe an extra table, and/or a couple hooks to hang things on. We felt like we had nowhere to put our towels anywhere near the tub/shower. A mini fridge would also be a huge help, because we wanted to bring back some beers and snacks to the room. And finally, the bedding left us pretty chilly at night, so an actual comforter would've been good.
Overall though, this is a very good value for the price!
My stay was perfect. I had no complaints. If you are looking for somewhere to just lay your head at night and nothing facing then this is the right place!
Decently priced place in Roma with a few caveats. Right now there's construction going on inside the building. Internet is touch and go and will probably depend on where your room is. Hot water tends to disappear later in the day. Continental breakfast but they will expect you to clean up after yourself you're done eating.
