The responsiveness of the staff to all questions on WhatsApp was excellent. We had a very late arrival from Canada and the code to access the room, and the 24 hour security ensured we had no problems. A very comfortable and cozy two bedroom apartment for a three night stay down from Canada in the very safe and walkable area of Polanco was excellent. We asked for food recommendations, ate at three places they recommended and they were all excellent. Highly recommend.

My stay at the apartment was excellent. The facilities were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive. Although the hot water wasn’t working on the first day, the team responded promptly and resolved the issue efficiently. I truly appreciated their professionalism and care. As a suggestion, it would be great if more apartments were equipped with air conditioning, as it can get quite hot during the day in Mexico.

Great property in a central location. Apartment was incredibly spacious with ample room for our family of five. Kitchen was great to have. Most places don’t have air conditioning in Mexico City but there were fans in each room and it cools down considerably at nighttime. A few minor things- no paper towels, water sometimes wouldn’t turn warm/hot, but manager was always available and receptive. Gym was great to have but bikes and treadmill could be replaced. Walkable to restaurants, shopping. Such a great area. Highly recommend!

We booked a three-bedroom apartment at ULIV because it was close to the Canadian embassy, where we had an appointment. My son and I arrived late, and since I had never been to Mexico City before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say that the apartment was very spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. I did encounter a minor situation when I got locked in the bathroom due to a faulty lock. However, the staff responded quickly and came equipped with tools to help me get out. When we were leaving, they arranged a taxi to the airport for my son and me, and they even covered the cost related to the bathroom incident. I thought it was very kind of the manager to do that. I would like to express my gratitude and highly recommend staying at ULIV in Polanco.

The location is good and rooms are good. Very well equipped. My two main complaints are: although staff make it seem that early check-in may be possible and accommodating, the reality is that there is no early check-in. Staff should just be upfront with this and then the individual can plan accordingly or book a different hotel that meets their travel plans. Secondly, they told us they don't restock toilet paper, therefore the individual is left to go and purchase their own.

Disappointing in many ways - see comments above.

Excellent staff. Space satisfactory. Apartment is tired and requires attention. No insect screens and no a/c. Blinds are not correct size and do not keep light out at night. Lounge requires black out blinds also as the light from Sam’s Club is exceptionally bright. Main bedroom only has 1 bedside lamp and 2nd bedroom has no bedside lamps and only 1 bedside table. Also only 1 power outlet and it was located on the other side of the room. Door handle on 2nd bathroom hanging off. Knob on washing machine or dryer missing. Seal on fridge door coming off. Kitchen countertop was dirty. No tissues. No kitchen towel for drying dishes. Main bathroom door doesn’t fully open. Finally the elevator was out of service and only told a couple of days before. We were on the 5th floor! My wife is 70, I am 79, so it was bad for us .

There are several minor things that add up to make the stay average at best. 1. the bedroom has a wonderful view and 4 large windows, but none of the blackouts cover 100% of the window, so all the sunlight comes in making the room very bright, even at night because of the streetlights. 2. the sofa looked very nice at a glance, but when I sat down, I realized it was broken, so you sit at an angle. on top of that they placed a cloth to cover it like a decoration, but it's actually hiding all the stains on the sofa. 3. finally, in the morning i was making a cup of coffee and realized all the mugs had either lipstick or coffee stains, meaning they were not properly washed.
