"I recently stayed here for a quick getaway, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They gave me the worst room possible. It felt like a prison. The window faced street level where everyone can look in same for other window where every1 going in and out can look in. I just ate the 2 nights left on my stay and moved to a real hotel with real service and amenities. Will never stay here again you might like if you have a higher floor. But value for menu is awful. Roma is overrated as well.

The property was very nicely decorated, but this area of Roma Norte is a bit off-track compared to the area 3 blocks closer to Alvaro Obregón. But the amenities, service and cleanliness was perfect.
