1: They are very strict about check-in times. If you're 3 hours early, you're gonna wait 3 hours. 2: If you are sensitive to a noise, do not get a streetside view room. The honking and sirens and traffic noises are fairly constant from about 6.30 in the morning until 11.30 at night, but in exchange for that, the view is great. 3: The rooms were clean. The elevators were fast. security was good. I would also say if you're just visiting Roma Norte or possibly getting picked up for tours, you don't need a rental car. There are e-bikes for rent for the week for like 20 American dollars right outside of the hotel, and almost everything that you would want to do in Roma Norte is in walking distance.

Great location on Reforma, the roof garden is brilliant, great views and a nice place to sit and relax. Walking distance to Museum of Anthropology and Chapultepec Park, La Condessa is real close too, great place for coffee and food options (Independant businesses). Room was spacious, good cooking facilities, my only complaint is that bed is small, but I am 6"3..

Loved it. The rooftop terrace is amazing . Beautiful view day and night . The pool . The one thing I loved the most was the staff , always helpful and super nice. I was there for 10 days and I definitely will stay there again.

Excellent location in Reforma area, close to walk anywhere. Nice room, amazing hot strong shower, pool and steam room were nice perks except hot tub and steam room didn’t work one night. There are 2 nearly identical Capri Suites within blocks of eachother. I got dropped off at the wrong one and spent an hour trying to find it because my phone was in SOS mode and I was lost. Very very frustrating. Otherwise I would definitely stay again!

Excellent location on Reforma a few blocks from Chapultepec, essy walking distance to the Museum of Anthropolgy and History, Tamayo and Modern Art museums, Ángel de Independencia, etc. Room was spacious. Bed was good. Fully equipped kitchen although you're own your own for supplying anything e.g. coffee, tea, supplies. Food options nearby were definitely touristy. A fair amount of street noise and if there was AC I did not see it, so you might need to leave open the terrace door. I would stay here again, fair price for the location.

The hotel is in a good location, and the staff was cordial and helpful. However, guests should know that the rooms do not have air conditioning. When I called the front desk to ask where the AC was, I was told there was no AC in the rooms, but they offered to bring a fan. Unfortunately, the fan was loud and did not really make the room comfortable. The mattress was also uncomfortable, and I could feel the springs, which made it hard to rest well. Overall, the staff was nice and the location was convenient, but the lack of AC and the bad mattress made the stay uncomfortable.
