It is not a hotel, so be prepared in advance to have the access code for your room. And good luck with the arcane lighting system. Otherwise the place is a very good option on south Mexico city

We enjoyed the property, there was only one real complaint. The water was out for a period of time, that was not fun. And they did not refill the coffee pods, we had to ask for more on day-3 and 4.

Sadly disappointed with our stay here. PROS: spacious, clean, nice washoom CONS: NOISY street traffic overwhelming - very difficult to sleep, kitchenette poorly equipped, "smart" lighting system a pain to operate, and staff in reception had no knowledge of the area nor spoke any English.
