The unit was clean upon arrival, but it was missing garbage bags which two days to receive, the toaster had one side out of four that worked could only toast one slice and rotate that same slice at a time. The shampoo and body wash left in main shower only nothing in other shower was used with a little amount left in them. TV in bedroom was internet only after I had to config the settings. The amenities were useless due to they couldn’t be used cause they were being maintained. Staff onsite was very friendly and parking once we found our spot was nice and easy.

No me gusto el hecho que me dejaran una toalla sucia, estuve mas de 3 dias y no lo solucionaron, me dijeron que las dejaron el recepcion, baje y no estaba, el servicio a cliente es pesimo, el apartamento no tiene calefaccion ni clima, PESIMA EXPERIENCIA, no vuelvo a rentar aqui jamas, hasta exigiria mi dinero de vueltas, asi de pesima fue la experiencia, eso si, muy insistentes a que me saliera a las 11 am en punto, ahi si dieron seguimiento

I thought I was reserving a hotel suite and not an apartment. The location is very difficult to get to and their cleaning standards are very low, the first night we had to stay in a dirty place because there is no 24 hour front desk like a hotel would have, the sheets, towels and bathroom where all dirty. The following morning they put us in a different apartment. Overall I don’t think I’ll ever reserve there again.
