The Staff we very professional and friendly and dynamic. We Enjoyed our stay. The location is very central, in one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods of Mexico City. It's a very spacious place to stay with family. 2 rooms are very convenient and the family room is spacious too. Their weakness is the food and service at the restaurant. It's better to use uber eats and make yourself than use their service. On the other hand place is very clean and the location is very good and walkable.
