Buen opción accesible en Santa Fé

El hotel tiene instalaciones en buen estado y limpias. El gimnasio es pequeño pero funciona. Solicité “ room service”, demoró un poco pero fue bastante aceptable el sabor. El desayuno continental es sencillo, aceptable. Quizá le hace falta servicio de restaurante por la noche que no sea room service. El hotel está bien ubicado para llegar a Santa Fé.

Necesita mejorar servicio, no te pueden dar dos llaves, el check in es muy tardado aún cuando ya está pagado, te hacen pesado dejar dos autos y la habitación es para 2 personas, el Trato no es muy amable en la recepción. La habitaciones tenía bolsa de plástico del huésped anterior, falta limpieza! El personal de limpieza de habitaciones intentó abrir 3 veces teniendo la Cadena puesta!

La recepción fue muy amable cuando hice Chek in, pero al cambio de turno bajé y saludé y todos los de recepción me barrieron de arriba a abajo, sentí su desprecio injustificado, pues era la primera vez que los veía.
