A boutique hotel with a difference. From check in to check out, the staff was attentive and helpful. The room was spotless, and it felt very safe for a solo female traveller. A huge thanks to Adolfo, Talia, Mauricio and Regina for making me feel at home. They have an in-house massage service which is highly recommended.

We loved the local charm and character at Santa Casa. We had a street view room and enjoyed watching all the busy people down below. It was a bit noisy, but normal for any city. We had fans in the room and a small refrigerator. We didn’t mind not having air conditioning; the weather was perfect, 75 during the day and 50’s at night. We could walk to shops and restaurants easily and took Ubers to the museum and bus station for travel to Teotihuacán. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Every single staff member was not just helpful, but friendly. It is in a very nice neighborhood and half the price of equivalent hotels. I plan to return to Mexico City to continue my work there and hope I can book the same room again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Santa Casa by Tasman. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt warm, friendly, and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the garden area, where complimentary coffee and tea were a great touch. The location is fantastic—close to everything in Roma Norte. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We had a slight issue with our room the 2nd night of our stay. We felt that the staff handled this issue very well and were extremely kind. The property is absolutely beautiful with a great location. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean. The coffee in the lobby area and the court yard to hang out in are big pluses as well. Would love to stay here again in the future.
