Un lugar viejo y en muy malas condiciones

Las fotos nada que ver con la condición real del lugar, está viejo, y en muy malas condiciones, la puerta/ventana del balcón no servía así que eso lo hace inseguro, no lo recomendaría y jamás me volveré a quedar ahí, y no está limpio bien, había cabellos en la pared del baño desde que llegué y ahí se quedaron todos los días, la ventanita, las almohadas viejas, el refrigerador sucio por dentro, mal

Demasiado ruido

Todo parecía bien por la ubicación, espacioso... pero llega la noche... es imposible dormir... el ruido de la calle es terrible, parece que la forma de la privada causa eco del tránsito y simplemente no duermes. Además el colchón es duro , tal vez muy viejo. La persona de la entrada si es muy amable, lástima la terrible noche sin dormir.

Estancia del terror jajaja la peor reserva..

La peor decisión que puedes tomar quedarte ahí, los dueños viven en uno de los cuartos, todo el día y noche se la pasan gritando y no se les puede decir que molesta tanto ruido, las condiciones del edificio muy malas, en general muy mala experiencia

No contaba con televisor, se nos cobró extra porque la reservación fue hecha por 1 persona a pesar de que era una suite de 2 recamaras. No hubo nadie a la hora de hacer check out. La persona en el check in no conocía los alrededores y no podía dar información. Mucho ruido de los departamentos vecinos.

Pésima experiencia

Pésima experiencia! El hotel está muy descuidado, el elevador no sirve, hoy hay cafetera en la habitación, no hay agua potable para beber, el desayuno lo sirven muy tarde (después de las 8), no hacen la limpieza ni tendido de camas!! Las almohadas son duras y huelen a sudor! Los Baños o tienen cristales completos entonces entra mucho el viento frío. Todas las instalaciones se ven sucias

Omg!!! Please please do not stay in this place. I’m actually i actually have a hospitality Major and work in a hotel where our guests are our top priority as well as customer service, this place is no where near what it looks like in the photos. The service is horrible, specially the guy that works over night. He would not greet us back at all. Our room was never serviced by housekeeping! Breakfast only gives you one option! No TV nor telephone service in the room! They offer microwave, and stove but no pots or pans nor utensils! I highly recommend people not to stay here! Honestly!

Barely fit for an Eskimo: The first room I was in was cold and the bathroom was really cold because of faulty windows that just let the 8-9 degree C air in every night and not only did the building not have central heat but they didn't offer a space heater either, just another blanket. No hot water in that room either and the advertised amenities like frig, chairs and cookware had to brought from other apts after I complained. Complaints to Expedia got me a new room only slightly better and still cold. I had to wear a heavy jacket at all times and still my hands were cold. These people don't know the first thing about running a hotel.

Room and premises were very clean but on the third night I asked for a heater ( room had no ac or heater unit) or a blanket they said there was neither ... I called hotels.com and in less than an hour a person brought a blanket to my room magically.. Room was extremely cold.

Buena relación calidad precio. La habitación limpia y muy amplia. Personal muy amable. Nos permitió guardar el auto. Buena ubicación. La zona es bonita. Es un edificio de departamentos adaptado como hotel pero de forma muy ingeniosa. La habitación tiene un ventanal muy grande, por lo que en invierno es un poco fría.
