El hospedaje no muestra en su reserva la imagen correcta de la habitación que realmente estás reservando. Al llegar, esperas una cosa y te encuentras con otra completamente distinta. Las instalaciones presentan acabados sin terminar y tuberías expuestas. La cocineta está en mal estado y además no cuenta con el equipamiento necesario. El baño tiene una puerta de rendijas, cero privacidad. A esto se suma que la habitación posee un tragaluz (titeralmete es un hoyo) en el piso que da directamente al pasillo del “lobby”, por lo que todo el tiempo se escuchaba el ruido de las personas pasando, el encendido de una bomba de agua cada cinco minutos y el sonido constante de las lavadoras trabajando. La ducha tampoco cuenta con agua caliente: la mezcladora no funciona correctamente. Apenas salió agua tibia por dos minutos y después únicamente agua helada.

The owner wanted a certain amount of pesos in advance aside from the Expedia rate otherwise she would cancel the reservation. I contacted her immediately and arranged to personally give her the money. When we arrived at the property the owner was not there, no one at the property knew anything about this and she never answered my message. I have been visiting CDMX for over 30 years and never had a bad experience. We were charged a fee in US$. Be very careful about this property.

Deberían advertir en sus anuncios, que el aseo no se hace diario, que no tiene restaurante y que el desayuno lo llevan a tu cuarto donde no hay mesa para comer. Nosotros tuvimos que cancelar los desayunos porque...¡no había huevos! Lo pedimos a cierta hora, porque teníamos un horario muy apretado y la encargada nos "sugirió" que fuera mas tarde, para ir a comprar huevos, o que pidieramos otro alimento. Mi experiencia en ese disque hotel fue TERRIBLE.

The property location is perfect, I felt safe. Needs to maintain the cleanliness better. Maybe with room spray, The TV had no Chanels to watch, no local TV communication.
