`The most amazing staff hands down!!! If there was anything wrong, I honestly could not tell. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel so welcomed and at home. Super nice, super helpful and just such a wonderful experience. Not a single complain from our end.

Well located hotel, 2 mins from Pinar Suarez Metro. Staff are very good at sorting everything out. Very busy traffic area, noise can be an issue in some rooms facing the road. Rooms at the back are much quieter and very comfortable. Showers are amazing as is the breakfast buffet.
