A disaster: Should be listed as a hostil hostel.

I booked a private condo suite (clearly specified on website). Turned out it was a shared unit. Alberto is your typical uneducated local. He offered me to leave and find a different place which was not an option at 6:00 at night in a sketchy area. The wrong address is listed on the website. It's actually 81 Chicago st. The security makes no sense and seems to do everything possible to hassle guests. Nobody speaks English which makes sense being it's Mexico but usually hotels have someone. Multiple maids or unknow people enter the condo without knocking. We would sometimes bet what the next person entering would do. Example: lady walked in, put her lunch in my fridge and walked out? Not a guest. 3 of the 5 windows wouldn't open. No AC or Heat. Alberto was stereotypical macho hispanic: He would not appologize for anything. He would tell me the website is wrong and I should contact the website. He loved telling me I had the option to leave which is not really an option being finding another place close by at last minute isn't easily done. The pool requiers a reservation and swim cap. I never saw one person in the pool. The gym is nice if you can find a way to get in. It requires a code and Alberto gave me a code that didn't work. I gave up contacting Alberto because of his strange nieve logic.

1-. En primer lugar no te dicen que vas a compartir el departamento con extraños, hay un solo baño PARA TODOS. 2-. Se meten a tu habitación sin tu consentimiento (aunque hayas dejado cerrado con llave). 3-. Cada vez que sales o entras tienes que hablarle al dueño para que te abra la puerta 4-. Lleven sus propias toallas porque las que hay ahí son del SportWorld 5-. Muy bonita vista y buena ubicación y seguridad (en el area)

Reserve por que fui a un concierto en el Pepsi Center, todo bien pero no te explican que vas a compartir departamento con más gente, la ubicación que te ponen no es del departamento si no otro edificio donde tienes que esperar a una persona para que te lleve al lugar correcto, falta más claridad en lo que estás reservando pero todo bien

El departamento en sí está bien pero lo único que no me gustó es que hay que marcar para que puedas acceder y lo malo que no te avisan cuando cambia a la persona que te abre no hay buena comunicación con sus inquilinos que retan y en si el establecimiento no te respalda para nada ya que está prohibido rentar
