The room and the service rexeived throughout the stay were fantastic. Concierge Javier V was a standout - he helped us with questions ranging from transportation, restaurants, neighborhoods and sites to visit, activities, to mailing artwork home. The room was clean upon checkin and daily maod service A+. The hotel location was perfect for acces to various sites. We took advantage of the spa and really enjoyed our afternoon there. Everything is perfect, especially the shower water, it is one of the best! The staff are all super friendly and the breakfast is very fresh and lots of variety to choose from, from the bakery goods to special Mexican food, all taste very good.
