This hotel was exactly what I needed for my trip to Mexico City. Location was close to great, it was close to great restaurants and bars. Overall the hotel was exactly what the listing described it as. Great room with a good balcony.

Excellent location. I felt kinda meh about the overall experience, though. Some of the less than exciting issues: three consecutive days, my room wasn’t cleaned; the cleaner kept opening the bathroom window and letting mosquitos in; sometimes the night security would fall asleep at the desk and I would have to wait to get let in if I get back after dark. In general I kind of like standard hotel amenities (eg on-site restaurant, lobby). Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it was pretty cheap, and again the location was excellent.

Stayed with my family in a 2 bedroom unit. The configuration was great, plenty of room, super clean and modern. Air conditioning units in each room worked well and we also loved our balcony. We had some power issues in our unit, and staff moved us to another so they could take care of it. Can’t say enough good things about the helpful and friendly staff! The tenth floor deck was very nice, and good to hang out while doing (free) laundry.

They're still doing construction, it's really loud. I had to argue with the hotel front desk to change my room from the 1st floor to the 7th floor. At first it was "we're fully booked, we cannot move you until tomorrow morning". Then a room magically opened up on the 7th floor, but hey, it's much smaller than the one I paid for. Ok fine, I'll guees it'll do. Then I had $100 (USD, not pesos), stolen out of sling bag I kept in my room. I also had my passport and green card in there, thankfully those were not touched. Location is good, and rooms are nice, but beware.

First let me say the staff was very sweet. The first night of our stay the Main fire alarm sounded ALL night long every hour on the hour. In addition there was a cross walk outside our room that beeped for people to cross this beeping was audible in our room for our ENTIRE stay. The second night the main alarm did not sound but we slept with a pillow over our heads to keep from hearing the crosswalk alert. The apartments were fine, proximity to restaurants was good. I would not recommend this location.
