The hotel, in the pictures, is not what it seems. We arrived very tired and they gave us a very dirty room that didn't have a mini-fridge or a hairdryer. My husband took a shower and the water leaked out onto the floor. We complained and they gave us another room. The other room was much better, but! The location is actually good and the Napoles neighborhood is very quiet, but the hotel isn't one of the best. It lacks a lot in terms of cleanliness and customer service. It's not one of the worst, but it's not one of the best either.

The rooms were nice and so was the staff. We were unable to get extra towels or pillows, other than the two in the room without an extra charge. Also warned that when we lost our room key, the one that was given to us, we could be charged for the replacement. Floors were not that clean in the room.
