I liked almost everything; the hotel is small but very cozy, and located not far from the city center, 5 minutes from the Independence Monument. Surprisingly, the cleaning was done every day, the breakfasts offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly.

Great location near Independence Monument (The Angel) at Paseo de la Reforma, a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops, banks, movies, a shopping mall, street vendors, and Insurgentes Metro (subway) Station. Zona Rosa and almost all areas in CDMX are secure at day and night (with normal precautions as in any big city in the world). Indeed, federal security agency is at the same street of the hotel. Employees are so friendly and professional doing their jobs. PF Hotel & Suites and its “brother” Hotel Plaza Florencia just around the corner are the places to stay in CDMX. See you soon.

A perfect hotel in CDMX location, a lot of walkable tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and public transportation. The staff was very helpful and they even stored our luggage for us a few hours after checkout. The front desk was very attentive to anything that was needed. Definitely will be staying here again.

The room was a basic but fit our needs. It was clean and the staff was really friendly. They provided a fresh bottle of water which was great since we checked in late and were too tired to buy water at a convenience store. The hotel is located near most tourist spots and the neighborhood is generally safe. Just be aware that you can hear the honking of traffic during rush hour so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
