The property is safe, quiet and very convenient and walkable distance to shopping malls, restaurants. The girl at reception is very helpful. Though the check in was after 3pm we arrived early and the room was ready. Restaurant service was fast and good.

It had great location. However, the place was unclean. The bathroom was dirtier than a public restroom. Definitely, gross at many levels.

Don't let the pictures fool you, the property is not like what its been advertised on the website. The room that we got was not not what we expected and match the pictures that was online. The room was up a flight of stairs and we have huge luggage to carry up. There was no hot water the first day we stayed there. Restroom was kinda dirty. Bed sheets seems dirty. No fridge. Towels was not provided, we had to ask. The room was not soundproof, you can basically hear everything in the whole building.

First arrive, no towels in the bathroom. The shower, either cold water or hot water will come out and could not be adjusted. Reported the issue and Maintenance was call twice but did not fix the problem. There was no air condition on any of the hotel rooms as posted in their website. This hotel sucks! They clean the rooms every three days, you can hear everything from other rooms because the drywalls are so thin. The patio floaded when it rained and the sewer smelled. Some of the rooms do not have windows or fans, nor air-conditioning. The heat was suffocating! There are roaches and no costumer service at nights and often during the day. The courtyard is so uninviting and hot because it does have a single tree and the few plants are as dried as the Arizona desert. The whole hotel looks built out off onstruction codes. Some of the restroom are so reduced in space that one is so near the smelly trash can.

We arrived at the hotel at 7 pm and were greeted by a staff member. Initially, the room appeared acceptable, but upon closer inspection, several issues became apparent. Firstly, there were no towels provided. When we requested items for the room, such as toilet paper, the response time was extremely slow, and we never received the toilet paper we asked for. The room features a glass wall with curtains, which caused it to overheat during the day. There was no air conditioning, no fan, and no mosquito net, making it very uncomfortable. When we opened the windows to cool the room, mosquitoes swarmed in. Overall, the property is old and poorly maintained. It is in dire need of investment and upkeep to meet basic hospitality standards.

Mi vuelo se retrasó por lo que mi conexión en Monterrey no me iba hacer posible yo a llegar a tiempo el día 13 de mayo a el hotel por lo que vivaaerobus me lo cambió para llegar el día 14 a las 7: 30 posteriormente me comuniqué con el hotel para hacerle saber de lo acontecido y le comenté que si podían cambiarme mi llegada para mañana ; Alonque le dijeron que si era posible sólo que tenía que pagar 400 pesos más de diferencia por que no había de habitaciones de 800 solo de 1 200 a lo que yo respondo que sí que no había problema ; y accedí. A lo que al otro día me percaté que Fernanda me había mandado un correo diciendo que ya había visto mi vaso de nuevo y que no había sido posible el cambio de habitación y que tenía que pagar el día completo . Me trate de comunicar de nuevo con ellos pero ya no a mí ni a expidea le contestan
