Would not recommend staying here. Does not look like the pictures, property super run down and the neighborhood is super sketchy, run down and felt unsafe. It was hard to find and not well marked. We left without even staying.

The rooms were very clean. You had to share a bathroom which was clean too. The hostess/greeter Mari Cruz was just the sweetest young lady. She is most helpful for any questions you have. The place was easy peasy and with walking distance to ALL!

Horrible communication and never got to check in even after providing confirmation number and recipt. They kept my money. Had to pay for a room at another hotel. Will not be back.

We arrived late (9pm) to our reservation. There was no sign for the hotel so we wandered around in the rain a bit until a local told us to ring a bell in one of the buildings. Someone let us in so we went in to get shelter from the rain and figure out if there was someone from the hotel inside. Once again there was no signs so we looked closer at the reservation which had a phone number to call in the fine print. After calling multiple times and being put on hold for a while someone finally picked up said they couldn’t see and hung up. Calling again they picked up the phone and played music in the background without saying a single word lol. We ended up scrambling to find to a different hotel. Next day I called Expedia to cancel the reservation. They contacted the hotel and promptly canceled it, I was hoping to get a refund but no refund was issued. Overall a horrible experience, no signs, no costumer support, we had to wait in the rain and pay same day prices to stay at a different hotel with no refund from this hotel.

La persona que nos atendio fue muy amable, noa recibio a la hr que llegamos que fue casi a las 12 am. El lugar es muy concurrido esta como por un callejon donde hay mucho bar LGBTQ si eres de la comunidad o te da igual es perfecto, el ambiente dura toda la noche el departamento esta al fondo por lonque no se escucha el bullicio. Lo que si se podria mejorar en depa es el piso de las habitaciones, es de madera algo vieja y cada paso que das truena mucho. Pero es un lugar muy limpio y seguro a pesar se haber indigentes y una huelga afuera hay demasiados policias a todas hrs siempre al pendiente, la ubicacion talbien es buena ya que estas en medio de bellas artes y garibaldi

Bastante céntrico y cómodo para conocer la ciudad, pero afuera había muchas personas en situación de calle(que se establecieron ahí), y aunque siempre había policías me parecía un poco inseguro.

Sinceramente tenía bajas expectativas por el precio pero me sorprendió bastante, de entrada tiene muy buena ubicación, seguido de ellos la habitación la tuvieron una hora antes y me contactaron. La habitación notablemente estaba limpia en co relación preocio calidad me pareció justo. Tal vez lo único malo es el baño compartido pero de ahí en fuera excelente igual la chica nos resguardo las maletas y fue amable

En general no está mal el hospedaje a pesar de ser un edificio muy viejo con remodelaciones muy mal hechas, se descansa bien y la ubicación está genial para visitar el centro de la ciudad; me gustaría ser más objetivo sin embargo, la zona donde se ubica está muy sucia, es un barrio antiguo con olores desagradables. El precio está bien tomando en cuenta lo que mencioné.

La habitación dista mucho de lo que muestran las fotos reporte que había una fuga de agua y que se encharcaba el cuarto y no me cambiaron de habitación tenía que esperar al día siguiente la regadera estaba rota no había jabón para manos y solo te ponen un rollo de papel para cuatro días

Es como la describen, eduficio antiguo pero renovado el piso de madera rechina la ubicación es buena solo considerar que por la noche hayvarios bares LGBT posiblemente hay personas que se puedan sentir incomodas pero la ubicacion tiene muchas formas para transladarse dentro de la ciudad
