The staff were super nice and welcoming. They even helped me contact the taxi service I took after I left my phone in the taxi car. The door man was able to help me and I am grateful for him. The place is conveniently located. Central location made it accessible to walk to the zocalo, Bella’s artes and other must see places. The food from the breakfast buffet was yummy and had a great variety of food.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and amazing! Went above and beyond for everything. They cleaned my room everyday. I would get back to the hotel super late at night and was always greeted back! lol the location is within walking distance to everythinnnng! You save so much time walking than having to take uber/taxi

The room was very clean and modern. I got the junior suite with a king bed and the room was very big and spacious. It's in a central location near lots of museums and restaurants. The hotel also has a restaurant and a cafe in the lobby for that desperate morning cup of coffee. The staff was kind and helpful especially the bell man who was very friendly. The hotel was also quiet except in the morning where you might hear a little bit of rumbling from other guests. Overall, i would stay here again.
