For the price, this was a stay. The room was large, bed was comfortable, super clean. The furnishings were older but charmingly retro. The bathroom was fine and there was good hot water. Our only complaint is the lack of AC power outlets, but we managed to work around that. Great value for the money. There's and OXXO 2 blocks away for snacks and refreshments. There is a reasonably priced restaurant on site.

Loved my stay here. It was perfect. I stayed in the Junior room and loved it. I did notice that the wooden floor does look a bit worn out but that was the only downside. Staff were great and loved that I could order food to the room. I will definitely be coming back here again.

This is an OK hotel to stay, good location, be aware that the metro station Chabacano was closed in June/2026, so you will have to walk further or take a taxi cab. The good: location, beds are clean. The bad: the hotel is old but still OK, the electric outlets are in the center of the bed, so bring long cables. the bathroom door swings towards you and it is very annoying in the middle of the night, carpets are very old and dirty, prices were $30/night in 2025 and $55 in 2026. fees are non-refundable. Overall it's good but it could be modernized.

The Good: great location, walking distance to the Subway Metro stations "Chabacano" and "Lazaro Cardenas". The Area is safe during the night. Facilities are very clean. The staff is very friendly. it has a restaurant open Monday to Saturday 7am to 10pm. Excellent Furniture, Great price for the money. The Bad: No air conditioning in the rooms, but there is a little air vent at the bottom of the window. Power electrical outlets are limited, the door key is physical like the old style, there is no washer and dryer self-service. security boxes are only in certain rooms, you have to ask for one. the bathroom door is a little inconvenient for quick access.

No AC, fan, or a window that you can open. My partner and I chose a room with a King size bed. It was surprising large room. It would have been perfect, but there was no ac. We asked if they had a fan, but they didn't. My partner also had to keep leaving his id to borrow the iron. The subway is close, not 3 minutes close, but close. I would recommend this hotel for short stays and not during the summer. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. The neighborhood wasn’t the best but not the worst. The only thing I did see was a bug in our room one night but other than that it was a solid place to stay
