The room is very clean and made service came every day at the same time we really appreciated that. Only thing that I would suggest would be to upgrade the room with a microwave the coffee pot and a refrigerator other than that it was very clean very comfortable and we enjoyed our state the door man in the night was extremely helpful

Nice Stay at Hotel Plaza Revolución

Nice hotel my wife and I would stay at again. The hotel is a few minute walk from the Monumento a la Revolución and also walking distance to Metro and Metro Bus to take you to other parts of the city. Safe area and nice restaurants close by.

Our stay was wonderful and would highly recommend this hotel. It is within walking distance to a lot of sightseeing places, quiet and safe. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The restaurant is also very good, I would recommend having breakfast here every day and then having the rest of your meals out in the town. I could not believe how affordable our stay was, yet it felt like a higher priced hotel.

NOTE! this property is more like an airbnb do not expect hotel services. Everything we asked for was an extra charge DAILY CLEANING is NOT included NO A/C on a 90 degree weather, you get a fan though and hot water takes up to 20 minutes to get to apartment. We let the water run for a while and ended up showering in cold water because we hate to waste it Breakfast is not included we paid for it once but it was not worth the cost. Service was 3/5 I wouldn’t stay here again. Location 5/5 Security of the property 5/5

Avoid this hotel

Incredibly awful. Staff was nice. Hotel clean. That’s it. So so so so so noisy in the rooms Ac sounds like a jet engine that changes vibrations pitch and volume. Is ANYONE in your half of the hotel shuts their door you will be woken up. Four nights with no sleep. Just brutal.

The ac did not work because filter was filthy. The front desk staff provided a fan and they cleaned the filter the next day but they should have a preventive maintenance program to avoid this issues.

The wi-fi for cell phones was horrible. I don't know why service was really slow or non-existent. The AC was a bit difficult to understand and control. And it didn't cool down the room properly. The keycard kept deactivating EVERY DAY. We would use it once, head out to the city, come back and the key would no longer work. Would have to go back down to the front desk to get it re-activated. Also, the shower floor was unlevel so the water would pool up because the drain was on the side closest to the shower heads but the floor was leaning in the opposite direction.

El hotel es muy agradable, la ubicación y cercanía con el paseo de la Reforma. La persona de recepción un poco mal encarada, pero la atención de la persona que te ayuda con el equipaje y te da información sobre las instalaciones no recuerdo su nombre, lo borra todo, lo felicito por su amabilidad

Ubicación práctica para realizar visitas por la ciudad. Variedad de maneras para moverte, incluyendo caminar y usar el transporte público. Tiene lo esencial, y si algo te falta, llama a recepción y te atenderán. El elevador es pequeño, así que saluda y sé cortés con toda esa gente que te cederá su lugar para que subas o bajes. No esperes las mejores sábanas y toallas, este es un hotel de esenciales. Hay toda clase de cosas para comer alrededor, así que ven con hambre.

L’hotel è nel centro storico in posizione perfetta per raggiungere ogni punto della città e vicinissimo alla metro Hidalgo. È pulito e ordinato, la colazione compresa nel prezzo prevede te o caffè, toast con marmellata e frutta fresca ed è disponibile a pagamento un menu molto vario. Il personale è gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. L’hotel è vicinissimo a diversi tipi di ristoranti e negozi, c’è un 7 Eleven vicino che è sempre utile. La zona è centralissima e molto sicura anche alla sera. Lo consiglio molto a chi come me viaggia da solo/a.
