Great restaurant and bar right there. Food and service excellent. Traffic noise wasn’t too bad, but really echos in the parking lot. If you get a couple guys with few drinks in them decide to talk for two hours after midnight, you’re going to hear it loud and clear. Second night was quiet.

The service here was excellent from check in, bellhop, room service, and coordination of an airport shuttle. Room was modest but clean and safe. The neighborhood was great, so walkable and tons of restaurants plus steps to the park.

The staff were all wonderful. They were very helpful and accommodating. The location is. fabulous. It is very easy to get around town from this location. We got a room that was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

It is in a nice neighborhood and fairly quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced hotel. They should add electric sockets near the beds to enable charging at night. The toilet leaked water on the floor. The bathroom was so small I could not close the door without stepping into the shower.

Early check-in was possible. Quiet and large room. Parking if needed. Beautiful restaurant with garden. Easy access to Chapultepec Park. Professional and friendly staff. Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. Receptionist Sofia and waiter Mario did a great job and so did the room attendants. A general renovation would definitely improve the hotel experience if at least change the outdated carpets. The place feels more like a Mexican hacienda than a city hotel which gives it a lot of charm and is unique in the city center. Would definitely come back.

Comfortable and quiet room in a good location. A good option for a budget hotel stay in CDMX. Note that after 8pm entrance is from next to the Green Park Hotel, my Uber dropped me off at the other entrance which was closed and I had to find my own way to it.
