The room was very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful at all times, parking is great and very safe, and the area is close to everything. Honestly it is a great place to stay and it’s pretty quiet and peaceful place. There are places to eat steps away for breakfast or lunch and the Alameda park is less than two blocks away, overall it was a very positive experience and I will surely be back. Thank you to everyone on the New York Hotel team for being so kind! 100/100

Average hotel, fair for low budget, cleaningness excellent; great location for closeness to highlights in the city. Hotel lacks commodeties such as: no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby; no refrigerator, no hand towels, no iron, no restaurant.

La chica que nos atendió muy atenta, nos recibió con una sonrisa y eso ya se agradece en estos días, es un hotel viejito pero me pareció bien, estaba limpio, tiene elevador, algunos comentarios decían que se oía mucho ruido, la verdad no me pareció, no se si llegaba muy cansado o que, pero no hubo incidencias con eso, en el baño si se escuchaban ruidos de la habitación continúa, pero nada extraordinario, no tiene clima (minisplit) cuando entre pensé que sería un problema, pero las dos noches que estuve, hasta frío tuve con el ventilador de techo que tenía, ese si, hace un poquito de ruido, que, hasta cierto punto, te arrulla ☺️, la colonia me pareció muy tranquila, tiene muchos lugares cerca donde comer, lugares que visitar, estación de metro a unas 5 cuadras, metrobus a dos cuadras, tiene un estacionamiento privado, que nunca vi lleno, creo que es suficiente para los huéspedes que tienen... Dos puntitos que si vi algo mal, pero no es para tanto, creo yo, uno, las toallas ya están muy viejitas, una ya nos tocó desebraditas, ya se sienten mojadas muy rápido, pero x, no tengo problema con eso, pero tal vez otros si lo ven un poquito mal y el segundo, la ventana no tiene telas contra mosquitos, una tarde deje la ventana abierta para que se refrescara la habitación y entro mucho zancudo 🥲, creo, eso fue lo más malo que vimos en nuestra estancia, por lo pronto... No abran la ventana ☺️. Éxito en todo y gracias por sus atenciones.

La habitación cumple muy bien la función, es.amplio el.espacio, sin embargo no nos prestaron el control de la tv, teníamos que dejar 200 pesos de deposito y un par de semanas estaban ya rotas de desgaste por el.tiempo, pero en general todo bien.
