Not family friendly,

This place is not suitable for families if the weather is warmer than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The hotel is too warm for younger kids. The WiFi was unusable. I couldn’t complete any work or play shows for the kids. We left about 2 hours after check-in. They refused to give me a refund after several attempts. I don’t recommend. They lack dignity and respect.

El personal fue amable, la habitación que nos ofrecieron al parecer no fue límpiada a conciencia puesto que encontramos pertenencias de alguien más ahí, de ahí en fuera la cama de la habitación está bien y la ubicación no es mala solo hay algo de ruido al estar frente a una avenida

El desayuno es básico, no esperes un bufete grande. Está muy cerca una estación de metro, tiendas de conveniencia. Se pueden escuchar los ruidos de las otras habitaciones y puede llegar a ser molesto. El personal es muy amable y servicial.

Me hoapede por 3 días dentro del hotel, al llegar a ser mi check in tardaron 15 min. En atender mi reservación, la habitación estaba impecable solo el servicio de limpieza se ejecuto 1 vez cosa que no me agrado del todo. Al segundo día la recepcionista mando a deshalojar mi habitación con seguridad cosa que no me parecio porque no reviso que mi estancia aún era vigente. Acto que me disgusto por completo faltando a la privacidad de los huespedes y sus pertenencias. Despues del error llamo a seguridad para cancelar el deshalojo de la habitación y ofrecio una disculpa. Pero si me causo un disgusto. El personal del restaurante siempre ambles y atentos calidad en los alimentos y en su trato

La habitación daba a la calle y era muy ruidoso, pedí cambio a la habitación desde la primera noche y nada, no me hacían caso, hasta la cuarta noche como para que dejen de dar lata me cambiaron habitación pero y las 3 noches sin dormir quien las repone. Muy mala experiencia
