Mala esperiencia en Hotel Krom

La señorita de recepcionista no está capacitada, cuando llegue al hotel no encontró mi reservación que ya estaba pagada y me cobro nuevamente la habilitación, como ya era noche tube que pagar nuevamente la habitación y aclarar el problema al día siguiente cuando llego el gerente y ni siquiera una disculpa me dieron Pésimo Servicio
