Excellent choice if you are going to an event on GNP Stadium. Besides location, the staff was very friendly and took care of all our requests. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for a flight layover. Airport shuttle was safe and convenient, there is a lovely restaurant downstairs. I wiuld venture too far by foot, but otherwise a great top over option

Great stay if you're going for a concert in Palacio de los Deportes or another close by venue. It's a bit of a walk (15-20 mins) to the Velodromo metro station but the hotel is well located. Just keep in mind that food options in that area are very limited.

There is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They even have a little kiosk in the airport for the shuttle that’s very helpful and when the shuttle arrives they take you to the shuttle so you don’t have to go find it on your own The property itself is nice just a minor issue with the ac or the stay would have been great. We missed the shuttle back to the the airport but it was a very cheap uber ride to the airport

The hotel was clean and spacious. There was some difficulty with checking-in with Expedia but nevertheless, it all was situationed. However, the air conditioning did not work well. Even the night we checked in, the manager had a hard time turning it on. Although it was set at a certain temperature, it rose to 28°C/82.4°F.

Average hotel the room was pretty small for 2 queen beds no vending machines for drinks and the only cafe had limited options. Waited about 30 minutes to check in as the only person at the reception desk was busy with another customer.
