Three stars 🌟 When I arrived, I found hair on the floor, the telephone was not working, and I had to wait about 8 minutes for the hot water to start running. Additionally, the bottle of wine that was supposed to be in the room was missing, and I had to request it separately. On the positive side: The bed size was very comfortable, the blackout curtains were excellent, and the TV was working perfectly 👌 In terms of service, I truly appreciated the kindness of the overnight and morning staff, who were attentive and welcoming.

The hotel had construction while we were staying there. The workers were using sledge hammers right above our room. The mirror and TV were shaking and vibrating. When we asked the hotel about the noise, they quickly had the work stopped. Construction is normal, we know, but we had previous cancelled flights and we only had 3 hours sleep. The biggest complaint is that other guests down the hall were very loud and they were very loud until 4 o'clock in the morning. We had to get up 4:45 am that same morning to go to the airport for 6 o'clock. We will not use this hotel in the future.

Hotel remodelado, muy bonita habitación, baño, cama king, limpieza impecable, El aeropuerto super cerca y con traslados cada 30min ideal! Lo único malo fue que la ventana no cerraba bien, al ser más de las 8pm que ingresamos el personal encargado ya se había retirado y la habitación estaba a la Orilla de la calle y desde las 5am nos vimos obligados a despertar! Pero en general muy buen hotel!
