Location is great and near the Zocalo, restaurants, and you can walk to many sites. The staff was very helpful especially the bellhops and kitchen staff. The morning breakfast was good and plentiful and you can't beat the cafe de olla.

The breakfast was exceptional. Best cafe de olla I have had in a long time. Staff in breakfast area were polite and worked to ensure you had a good breakfast. The reception staff and the hotel porters were ready to help you.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. I liked how close it was to the Zocalo and the staff was very friendly. My rating has nothing to do with staff or location. The rooms and furniture need updating. I did not like that the elevator did not require a key because anyone could come up to any floor. The rooms were comparable to a motel. There was no air conditioning just a machine that required water in it to blow out cold air. I paid a high price to stay here during the World Cup and im guessing this is why the price was inflated. I don’t plan on ever staying here again.
