Staff were very friendly and helped in anyway they could. We arrived an hour early for check in and they let us in at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant on site. The location is great forntouring the historical centre.

I stayed there 2 times in separate dates, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The area is within walking distance to the center. I recommend and I would definitely stay there again nect time i vo to Mexico

This was a great property to explore the historical district of Mexico City. Claudia at the front desk was an absolute gem as was the cleaning staff, sorry I didn’t get her name. The restaurant attached was fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful. My one warning, if you are a lite sleeper the street noise can be a bit over the top. It did get “ quiet” by 11 and was back at it by 600. I would return.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very nice. Angeles our server in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Took great care of me and my father. Short walk to Zocalo. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Gillow is a classy hotel with cozy rooms located in the heart of Mexico City. All the major attractions are easily within walking distance. A wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and taquerías are near, and daily housekeeping and 24 hour security are nice additions. I absoluteltely recommend Hotel Gillow to anyone visiting Mexico City.
