Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to public transportation and convenient. Basic and a bit dated. There was construction going on while we were there so it was a bit inconvenient, sound proofing in the room is non-existent.

Las camas, almohadas y toallas están muy viejas, necesitan cambiarlas. Las sábanas de la cama fueron reutilizadas, es decir, alguien más ya las había usado y no fueron lavadas ni reemplazadas, puesto que se veían arrugadas y al descubrir la cama tenía vellos púbicos. El cuarto del piso 13 olía demasiado a pintura y no tenías las instalaciones para la tarjeta para que se activara la luz. Las cortinas estaban muy sucias, eran blancas y de la parte inferior estaban negras de de sucias. Los baños olían mucho a humedad y a aguas negras que surgía de las coladeras, a pesar de estar en los últimos pisos. El lavabo, las paredes, el baño en sí tenía moho y olía demasiado a hongo. El área de ducha estaba despintada. El trato del personal en recepción es bueno, pero deben de invertir en el mantenimiento del hotel, el precio no corresponde a la limpieza y calidad de instalaciones que deberían de tener. Además de los inconvenientes de las remodelaciones de las calles, que eso se entiende que es algo temporal y no depende de ustedes, pero de lo demás pésimo. Genera una sensación de falta de limpieza y de asco muy grande. No lo recomendaría para nada.

Creo q puede ser céntrico y de paso para los que vienen de trabajar, pero la limpieza tiene que ser impecable, y sobre todo del baño. Todo el personal súper amable, Pero no recomiendo el lugar por esa razón, y vayan a desayunar a cualquier otro lado alrededor

My room on the 4th gloor had a horn-like sound coming from somewhere in the hotel. It definitely was not outside, I checked. Didn't hear it in the 1st floor restaurant nor the lobby. It came on and off constantly all day and night. It was horrible.
