The street noise is horrendous. It was nearly impossible to sleep at all. Delivery trucks, cargo vans, motorcycles, cars honking to enter the garage. Relentless throughout the entire night and oppressively loud.

There it was always people on the always on the down stairs. Lot of smoke smell. Love that my room was made every day . And it was priceless

There is no fan or air conditioning in the room. No hot water either. They charge extra 50 for remote. In Mexico people think tourist are cash cow to milk!! So effing annoying

La habitación estaba bien, hasta que nos empezaron a salir cucarachas derivado de eso empezaron a fumigar casi todos los días, también olía mucho a cigarro a pesar de ser área de no fumar, un día nos tocó bajar los 4 pisos por las escaleras ya qué tenían una grabación y aparte nos dijeron que no hiciéramos ruido, si nos hubieran comentado un día antes las condiciones especiales del día no habríamos sentido tanto la molestia, estaría bien que tengan la opción de hacer late check out.

Mucho escándalo en algunas habitaciones que no dejaban descansar, consumo de estupefacientes en algunas habitaciones, mucho escándalo de personas teniendo sexo, el restaurante inicia operaciones hasta 8:30 de la mañana lo cual es muy tarde, no lo recomiendo, fue una pésima experiencia alojarme ahi.
