Todo muy bien, la atención del personal, excelente de verdad. Las instalaciones, todo muy bonito. Referentes a los cuarto, todo muy bien, solo tengo una sugerencia de colocar un espejo en el baño. Bueno en el cuarto 210, no contaba con espejo o muebles. Así mismo, nos percatamos que tienen prohibido fumar no obstante, en la semana que tuvimos ahí, el edificio se encontraba lleno de humo. Sugiero verificar las restricciones con los huéspedes y las sanciones a los que no cumplan. Por tal motivo, no califico como 5 estrellas. Pero créame que cuando vuelva a viajar, será unos de mi hoteles a elegir.

Excelente hotel 10/10 esta completamente renovado, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, la ubicación excelente a sólo 4 cuadras del Zócalo, el personal muy amable y en todo momento atento para resolver cualquier duda. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, bastante accesibles. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena (la zona es ligeramente "peligrosa") ya que está a unas cuadras del centro y del zócalo, además hay cerca lugares para comer y diferentes comercios. Muy recomendado 👍
