Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Only suggestion-request a room that doesn’t face the street. Homeless people outside played loud music most of the night Overall, good value all things considered

They cancelled my booking without letting me know. I showed up and it was fully booked already. I had to pay out of pocket at a premium cost for another hotel. The receptionist was nice enough to let me sit in the lobby while I searched for another hotel.

Room is specious without a chair, a table or a place to hang your cloth. If you are looking for a hotel with bathroom but NO WATER in the bathroom and seeing cockroaches day and night then you are at the right place! At night room is stuffy, the only window is on the top of door if open the window mosquitoes came in, if not suffocated. I asked for a fan from night one and I got it on my third night. On the third day morning there was NO WATER, luckily I was ready to go out. When I came back at night still NO WATER!!! Front desk told me water will be available at 11pm and never happen! Water came back next day morning with yellowish. I asked for a refund for the night cause I didn’t get what I pay for, they say they can only give me one more free night to stay in the hotel?! What am I going to do with a free night? I’m traveling I will not change my schedule just for a lousy hotel! Even worse on my 4th night water stop in the middle of shower.. On 5th night water stop again…. If you want to struggling with water every night this is a good place to go. I filed a complaint to Expedia, all they told me was “sorry you are on your own, nothing we ca do”. So if you want to book a hotel through EXPEDIA think twice. QUOTE from Expedia “Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted. “ UNQUOTE

Las camas tenían chinches, al acostarnos se sentía una picazón en el cuerpo y el el baño habían huevos y marcas de chinches, no hay buena circulación

Revisar el detalle del agua caliente.

La verdad el hotel en general es muy bueno, son muy amables, la atención es excelente, el precio y la ubicación también excelentes. Solo un pequeño detalle el agua caliente en la regadera tarda mucho en salir y cuando porfin sale al abrir un poco la fría se enfría totalmente. También la pantalla es muy chica para la altura en la que se encuentra. Fuera de eso todo es excelente.
