Un poco confuso el estacionamiento. El servicio de Valet Parking sería muy útil. De ahí en fuera el personal, instalaciones y comida excelente.

Tuve la pésima experiencia que nos dieran una habitación sucia: no habían hecho bien el servicio de limpieza. Las camas estaban llenas de cabellos, salió un calcetín sucio en una, sábanas sucias y la taza del baño sucia. Querían hacerme el cambio de sábanas nada más y cuando vimos lo del baño, el servicio de limpieza ahí en ese momento pero solicité me cambiaran de habitación ya que se supone debe de haber sanitizacion, no solo limpieza. Y tenía el tiempo encima dado que tenía un evento a las 5 pm. Solicité unos días antes la posibilidad de que me pudieran hacer el check in antes d ellas 3 pm y no quisieron para poder entregar la habitación “limpia”. Después de 30 hora ya en la nueva habitación no había frigobar, no había burro de planchar, la tele estaba chueca, la cabecera de una cama rota… y bueno la vdd no me esperé este servicio para el costo de la noche. Hubiera llegado al ejecutivo.

Tuvimos un poco de confusion al llegar para estacionarnos, despues para llegar a recepcion. En la habitación los blancos gastados, viejos y con olor a cloro, el colchon estaba roto.
