Great price, comfortable, excellent location. Perfect for what we needed it. One of the bathrooms did have a humidity smell. We did not use the washer in the apartment because it had mold. However we used the washer and dryer the facility has on the first floor and they are free for customers.

I was genuinely impressed with my stay. As someone who is usually a bit skeptical about rental apartments, this experience truly exceeded my expectations. From the check-in process, everything ran smoothly. The building has a 24-hour receptionist, which added a great sense of convenience and security. The staff were consistently helpful and went above and beyond to assist with any enquiries. The apartment itself was spotless, very well maintained, and spacious enough for three adults to stay comfortably while still having their own independence. The location is also a major highlight—very central, in Reforma, and within walking distance to Condesa and Roma Norte, with trendy coffee shops, great restaurants, and high-end hotels. I would absolutely recommend this Kukun location and would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay in Mexico City on a Budget.

Is has a great location, near the Angel de la independencia and the Anthropology museum other historical buildings. It is also close to convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants. The only thing that we had to wait an hour to get our room and after traveling with kids the only thing we wanted to do was rest.

Room was clean. A few things needed repair but overall everything was clean. Some cutlery needed rewashing. Bed sheets and pillows were super white and clean! Quite rare these days as I travel a lot.

The air conditioner in our room did not work so we asked for help and we were told they do not have air conditioning at all. AC is listed as a top amenity for this property and it is in every room description, this is extremely misleading. We stayed at the end of April with temperatures around 27C/78F. It was too hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Overall condition of our room was not great, there were cabinet doors falling off in the kitchen. Cleanliness was good and staff were friendly. Location was good, there are convenience stores, cafes and street food vendors close by.

The 2 doormen that I had interacted with are both very nice. They don't speak English well but tried their best to support and communicate whenever possible. The room itself was good, but the sofa was old, the bathroom was not draining properly, the toilet seat needs to be fixed. Overall I think is a fine stay but fixing these things will make a difference.

First it’s a great location to walk to many places. Paseo de la reforma, Chapultepec park, shopping, dining. All within a few minutes. The area was safe and we felt comfortable going everywhere. The property itself has good and bad. There IS an elevator now, which is fantastic. Our apt had clean sheets and towels, plenty of pillows. The refrigerator was a good size. For the bad: the floor was not clean, we asked for a broom but never got one. The showers drain very slowly. The pull out couch is really a foam cushion on the floor, fine for our kids. Overall I would stay here again.

The experience did not go well from the beginning- check in was at 3pm, but the room wasn’t available until 6pm due to not having enough staff to clean the room. When we finally got the room- the air conditioner was broken- so we asked for a different room with a functioning air conditioner and it was provided an hour and a half later. The issues continued with the shower drain in the master bathroom being partially clogged with the need to use a plunger after each shower. The window in the main bedroom was not sealed properly leading to water to leak through it. Overall the place did not meet our expectations. The one positive was the central location.

Both Expedia and Kukun let me down this time around. After I made my reservation, which was a two bedroom apartment for 4 people, I called back to add one more person and they down graded to a one bedroom apartment. Make that make sense. Once we arrived to kukun I told them I needed a two bedroom apartment and they stated they couldn’t provide it based on my reservation, and also due to the two bedroom apartments that were undergoing maintenance on the a/c’s. I go up to my one bedroom apartment and the air doesn’t work. I tell them and they now saw the entire building is undergoing maintenance on the a/c’s. Like how can they do that when they know they have guests? So I ended up paying my original price for a two bedroom, plus the extra for the additional person I added. Never received any refunds. The hotel had no air during our entire stay and if we asked for towels or extra stuff they always said they couldn’t provide it.
