Had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is very good for business travel (why we were here.) The staff is terrific and very attentive and the rooms are clean and spacious. Had time to enjoy the rooftop pool - really nice property.

Check in process was a little bad. Got told check in was at 3pm and then later got told that room wasn't going to be ready until 7pm. We had to be pushy with the receptionist until they gave us the room like around 4:30. If we were not pushy they would've given it to us until 7pm

Is a very beautiful property is on the north side so keep that in mind when booking if you have any business in the zocalo area. Mr Martin our server at the Rooftop restaurant was great very professional and kind.
