Here’s a polished review you can paste: We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, safe, and like part of the family. A special thank you to Eduardo, who went above and beyond to help us our. He took the time to tell us about everything nearby, shared great recommendations, and was always willing to accommodate our needs with a smile. We would also like to recognize Mr. Plata, the security guard, who made sure we knew the best way to head out each morning and always looked out for guests. His kindness and attention made us feel very safe during our stay. The location was fantastic—so close to everything and within walking distance of so many fun attractions. The breakfast was also amazing and a great way to start each day. We are truly grateful for the hospitality we received from everyone at the property. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We had an incredible time and cannot wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The breakfast was excellent and the location was great. I was in an exhibition at the Palacio De Belles Artes and the location served well. The hotel was modern and clean. There were problems with noise levels however, eventually this was resolved with room changes. Do yourself a favor and book a more expensive room it’ll be quieter and more convenient.

Stayed 5 days and it was great. Spacious clean rooms comfy bed big tv. Security at night. The included breakfast on the rooftop patio was one of the best I've had. Fruit pastries and eggs made to order. Our waiter, i believe his name was carlos, was awesome. Located in the historic center and walkable to many cool things to see.

I originally booked the presidential suite, unfortunately our stay got tainted since there was no internet in the room, which we absolutely needed for work, we did not have cable or any kind of tv, and the safe didn’t work . Staff was very diligent and attempted to help with the issues but unfortunately we had to change rooms, which it was ok, at least we were able to work. The restaurant offers really good food, live music was a plus. A huge plus is the location of the hotel, a walking distance from all the museums and historic sites.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! I love the colonial architecture combined with modern furniture, the vibe is fabulous, and the personnel super friendly and accommodating! They rooftop restaurant is unforgettable! The complimentary breakfast delicious! We enjoyed refreshing cocktails overlooking the Plaza Santo Domingo accompanied by fun bands! I can't recommend this place enough!
