Great location, clean, safe area, hotel connects to a shopping center with many stores and movie theater. The only thing was the shower water was only lukewarm the entire time, which made showering a little uncomfortable.

They did ask for Identification of every guest staying in the hotel which was new to me including children asking for their CURP which is a unique Identification number. Something i have not experienced at any other stay. Other than that, stay was great. Love the check-out hours. They let check out up to 2pm which is great if you’re not an early bird…

Clean and spacious room, we have used this hotel for 10+ years straight, the rooms are old but it is clean and their hotel staff is very polite and will go out of their wat to make you feel welcome and appreciated. We will come back next year.

Gave only 4 stars because the water pressure was weird and we had to change rooms on the last night of our stay due to a water leak and in that second room the a/c unit was not working properly. Fortunately it was a cool night and we didn’t need a/c to cool down the room

I’m speaking on the room itself. It was old, the shower smelled of sewer when it was on. Room was very basic, needs remodeling. Hotel is on a Main Street. I didn’t eat there or went inside the mall. I think most people would like the restaurant and mall attached. The food did smell delicious though. For my preference, I would not stay there again.

Hotel was very clean and maintained the entire time I stayed. Room was turned down very well while I was away and toiletries replenished daily. Ac worked very well in the room and had a really nice shower. From an ‘american standard’ a very clean and basic hotel. My cons are breakfast prices looked a little high so I ate locally the entire time (which usually isn’t much of an inconvenience because of the location). The only real problem that incurred was before my trip while I was trying to contact the hotel with questions about checking in/out and my stay. I was not able to get ahold of them though email, WhatsApp, or Expedia chat for over 7 days and it took calling Expedia twice over 24 hours in between to connect with them about my concerns/questions. They were answered and resolved quickly on the spot after but should not have had to make that much effort to connect with them after booking was completed and prepaid.
