The hotel is on 3 floors and there is a lift. The hotel has a restaurant from 08.00 to 20.00 serving tasty meals. The metro stations of Morelos and Candelaria are some 12 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is clean, however the surrounding area is poor with destitute dwelling structures on the pavements. As you come out of the hotel and turn left you shortly come to a main road. There are many street stalls from early morning. I noticed that on my way back to the hotel at about 17.00, that this main road was frequented by prostitutes, on two separate occasions I was so accosted.

It's good for the price.

Good size rooms, quite outdated and with no AC. Thankfully it was nice and cool. Big new TV's in the rooms. Bathroom and shower worked good. Restaurant served great food at good cost. The location might not seem too good but after walking a few blocka you'll be welcomed to the center of the city.

No, no one spoke English but it’s i. Mexico, so that’s OK. The bed was really hard, but everything was really smooth. Walls are paper thin but overall, I think it’s good for the value.

Es básicamente un hotel de paso, Útil para personas que van a hacer despensa o comprar objetos en los mercados cercanos al centro histórico. La habitación que nos tocó, sólo cabe una cama matrimonial, no tenía buena ventilación, tampoco una cómoda ni ropero donde guardar la ropa. Lamentablemente se encuentra en una zona con mucha delincuencia

Es un buen hotel por el precio, nada extraordinario, pero eficiente. Sin embargo se encuentra en un zona peligrosa sobretodo de noche, no es para salir caminando por los alrededores. Si se llega a partir de las 11 pm hay qué timbrar para que abran y tardan casi un minuto en hacerlo (no es mucho pero es zona peligrosa y en ambas noches que estuve había gente afuera acechando). Si estarás llegando antes del anochecer es una excelente opción por su precio. Limpio y eficiente.

La atención del hotel es muy buena, su personal es muy atento y amable, la habitación cuenta con ventilador y un espejo muy amplio, además de que tienen televisor. El baño es muy grande y cuenta con agua fría y caliente. Tienen servicio de restaurante y la comida es económica y muy rica. El único tema es la ubicación, aunque está cerca del centro, sus calles alrededor son muy inseguras, pero eso lo resolví pidiendo servicio de Uber, que me llevaba al hotel y me iba buscar.
