The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I want thank the lady (forgot to ask her name) at the front counter on September 27, and Ms. Guadalupe because they went above and beyond to make our stay as plesant as possible. Our original room had an issue with the AC system and these two ladies assisted me and my family in transferring to another room. Then after we were settled in, they called us to check on us to ensure our satisfaction. If I come back to Mexico City I will definitely be staying at this location.

My room was very close to the main street, and the road noise from outside was quite loud. Because of this, I didn’t sleep well at night.
