This place is extremely clean and offers excellent customer service. Whatever I needed, they provided right away. The food was delicious, and everyone working there was friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. The staff regularly checked in to see if I needed anything, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back again!

This was our second time staying here. The hotel is in a nice area, with a grocery store nearby and many different restaurants. You can also walk to the Basilica if you want to. The breakfast was nice and simple and the staff are always friendly and warm.

Staff was the only redeeming aspect of this place. In fact, they deserve a better employer considering they are the face of the company. Upon arrival, the hotel had no internet, which for a business person was more than inconvenient - it meant I had to pay money to get enough data on my Phone to use my Computer. They didn’t offer a discount or anything to make up for their lack of promised services. The room too basic to the point there was a phone, but in the AM when I tried to call for help with my heavy luggage, I discovered the phone was just decoration. There was no cord plugging it into the wall. What is the point? So I had to go down to front desk to request help. Not a business hotel and ownership is severely lacking. Your customers aren’t ATM’s. We book based on promised services and when that service can’t be met, we expect you to offer something in return I won’t recommend this to business travelers at all. Staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful - they deserve better too.
